Nathan L. Rogge
President | Chief Executive Officer
Nathan brings his passion for building a great business bank to his leadership of Bank of Southern California. He began his career at Wells Fargo as Vice President and Senior Commercial Lending Officer, where he implemented successful sales and marketing strategies in the Sacramento and San Diego areas. He then moved to First National Bank of San Diego as Senior Vice President, Business Banking Group Manager. In 2002, he joined First Republic Bank in San Francisco as their Senior Vice President and Head of Business Banking. He has been involved in LEAD San Diego, Banker's Small Business CDC, and RMA.
James H. Burgess - CPA
Executive Vice President | Chief Financial Officer
Jim Burgess joined the executive team at Bank of Southern California in 2011, after serving for eleven years as Chief Financial Officer of 1st Pacific Bank, which grew from a start-up to a $450 million institution. Jim has been in the banking community for over twenty years, holding Chief Financial Officer positions with San Diego First Bank, Rancho Vista National Bank and El Camino National Bank. He has a wide range of experience in strategic planning, financial and operational analysis, investment portfolio management, M&A, capital raising and SEC reporting. Jim started his career with Deloitte & Touche, where he was an audit manager providing services to a broad range of industries, including commercial banks.
Anthony DiVita
Executive Vice President | Director of Sales
Tony DiVita joined the bank in May 2011 to lead the bank’s growth including developing strategies related to customer acquisition and customer relationship management, sales of products and services, employee training and development. Additionally he is responsible for marketing communications, including advertising and promotions, and pricing.
Tony is a seasoned banker with over 30 years of community and regional banking experience. During his career he served as Chief Banking Officer, Director of Sales and Service, Regional Sales Manager, and Business Banking Manager at several San Diego area banks that include Scripps Bank, 1st Pacific Bank, Home Savings of America, and City National Bank.
Pamela C. Isaacson
Executive Vice President | Chief Administrative Officer
The bank's board and her fellow executives recognize Pam's experience and commitment to the bank's clients as the hallmarks of an excellent manager who is integral to the growth and success Bank of Southern California continues to experience. Pam has spent her entire banking career in the San Diego marketplace. Before joining Bank of Southern California she was Vice President and Cash Management Department Manager with San Diego National Bank from 1998-2008. Pam also worked as Vice President and Branch Manager for Home Savings of America, Private Banking Manager for Wells Fargo Bank, and Branch Manager for San Diego Trust & Savings Bank, which was later acquired by First Interstate Bank. Pam joined Bank of Southern California in 2008 as Senior Vice President of Operations and will continue to be responsible for management of the Bank of Southern California's operations, compliance and risk management.
Robert Marshall
Executive Vice President | Chief Credit Officer
Bob Marshall joined the executive team as the bank's Chief Credit Officer in December 2012. In this role, Mr. Marshall will lead the Bank's credit function, overseeing credit risk management, credit approval and credit analysis functions, and ensuring the overall quality of the Bank's lending portfolio is maintained.
Marshall is a veteran San Diego County community banker with over 25 years of experience. During his career he has held positions of increasing responsibility at several area banking institutions, including Rancho Santa Fe National Bank, La Jolla Bank & Trust and the original San Diego Trust & Savings Bank, with his most recent association with California Community Bank where he served as the bank's President and Chief Credit Officer.
